Conferencing

Some of the best thinking happens a long way from the office. Conferencing at Tsholo isn’t confined to one room. Meals, breaks and the evenings that follow move around the lodge, and the setting changes with them.

Main Conference Venue

The lodge’s principal meeting space, and the room most groups build their programme around. A full glass façade runs across the front of the venue, so the room fills with natural light and the bush stays in view through the working day — the antidote to a windowless boardroom, and the reason afternoon sessions here hold their energy. Three screens mean the presenter is in view wherever a delegate is seated, and the room takes whatever shape your agenda calls for: U-shape, boardroom, classroom, theatre, hollow square or cabaret. Air-conditioned, with dedicated high-speed internet and full multimedia equipment.

The Library Breakaway

A smaller, flexible room that earns its keep twice over: syndicate work and breakaway sessions by day, an intimate private dining room by night. Same connectivity and multimedia as the main venue, at a scale that suits a board, a task team or a working lunch for a dozen.
